Wanna come practice with me in a group setting?
My group classes are inspired by 13 years of study primarily in the Ashtanga Vinyasa and Iyengar Yoga lineages. Classes incorporate breath and movement with safety as a primary concern. You will learn a lot about yoga, anatomy, biomechanics and breath while engaging in good old-fashioned hard work and effort blended with ease.
