About Jen Mullholand

Hi. I’m Jen. I ‘m a movement junkie, a body nerd and a lover of yoga. I’m also a Crossfit Level 1 trainer, an athlete and a yoga teacher mentor, which means I bring the best of both strength and flexibility into my classes and training. I empower fellow movement-loving body nerds to balance their bodies and minds through an innovative blend of yoga and strength. I’m also a devout student of yoga with 13 years of teaching experience and a passion to help new teachers become their best selves.
